Anti-debugging
& Anti-monitoring Protection
ExeShield
uses several different techniques for protecting your application.
Special code is added to defeat most Debuggers and Monitors including
W32Dasm, SoftIce, TRW 2000, Turbo Debugger, Sourcer, Filemon, ExeSpy,
ResSpy, RegMon and Memory Monitor which are tools most crackers
are using today. Your protected executable is also modified so it
can't run without ExeShield. Even if the protected executable was
pulled out of the protection shell, it would not execute -- since
ExeShield modifies parts of the program.
Sophisticated
Encryption Technology
To
give your applications even more protection, one of ExeShield's
features is the use of the same Advanced Encryption Standard Algorithm
as used by the U.S. Government. ExeShield has been evaluated by
the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security and has been granted a
license for re-export to permitted countries. To this end, ExeShield
will not be sold to anyone on the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security's
Denied
Persons List.
Detects
backdating or reinstallation
If a user tries to play with the date on their computer to gain
additional time, or tries to uninstall and reinstall your software,
these attempts will fail. ExeShield's defenses easily detect and
prevent this kind of tampering.
Reliable Machine Locking Protection
Machine
locking prevents your software from being illegally duplicated
to other machines. The license can be run on one machine only.
Invisible software-based protection requires no dongles

You
do not need any extra hardware to protect your executable. ExeShield
is 100% software driven.
Create
evaluation copies tailored to your specific needs
ExeShield's
flexibility allows you to to set your software's evaluation period
to number of days or number of executions, or you can set a pre-determined
date to terminate the trial.
You
can also create different licenses. For example:
1.
You want to lease your software every 30 days. Simply create a
trial license and set it to 30 days. Every 30 days the user will
need a new unlock code.
2.
You want to set a 30 trial after which time the user has to purchase.
All you do is create a trial license for 30 days, and then create
a registered license.
3.
You want to set a trial for 15 days, but you want to be able to
extend the trial by 7 days if it expires, and you want the user
to be able to register for the full version. Here's what ExeShield
lets you do:
-
Create a trial license for 15 days
-
Create a trial license for 7 days
-
Create a registered license.
The
Key is in Your Hands: The key you send to your customer will active
the license you choose.
